Yes, all our cattle grids are proudly manufactured in the UK, ensuring quality and reliability. All our standard grids are manufactured and designed to conform with BS4008:2006 as a bare minimum. This British Standard outlines the criteria for cattle grids designed to confine livestock while allowing pneumatic-tired vehicles to pass through. It encompasses grids intended for cattle, sheep, deer, goats, and pigs, offering guidance on their utilization, placement, design, construction, and upkeep.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat is the load-bearing capacity of your cattle grids?\n\t\t\t\t

Our cattle grids come in various load-bearing capacities, ranging from 26 tonnes to 122 tonnes, tailored to your specific needs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat is the smallest road pit width allowed?\n\t\t\t\t

The British Standard suggests a minimum pit width of 2750mm (9ft) to enable emergency vehicle access. Our smallest standard pit width for all cattle and deer grids is 3000mm (10ft).\u00a0Custom narrow grids with a 9ft pit width can be produced upon request.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat is the measurement for the depth of a cattle or deer grid?\n\t\t\t\t

The recommended depth for a grid ranges from a minimum of 250mm to a maximum of 450mm. All our grids are 350mm deep as standard, but we can make any depth you require, just get in touch.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat is the minimum jump length? \n\t\t\t\t
