In 2018 we acquired some land in the Eryri national park, just down the road from where the business started in 2010 and managed to get planning permission approved for our new HQ and workshop.
At ILD we specialise in metal fabrication, offering a wide array of services that include the design, manufacture, and installation of Cattle Grids, Steel Frame Buildings, structural steel, Gates & Railings, sheet metal work and a comprehensive suite of Precision Engineering solutions.

Our Workshop
ILD Engineering offers an extensive array of in house capabilities, ranging from the intricate craftsmanship of spiral staircases to the robust construction of structural frames. With over 400m2 of workshop floorspace and plenty of yard space, we have the space to undertake most projects large and small.
We have invested heavily in our machinery over the years with the aim of being able to undertake each task in-house. This allows us to turn work around quickly as we are less reliant on third party company’s. Our workshop machinery includes:
